Harlequins is asking Members and supporters for their help to enable us to keep improving their experience with the Club.
We collect and use feedback in a number of ways and we want to encourage more supporters to tell us about their experience. Below you will find some information on how you can give us your thoughts and get involved directly.
You can find a short survey here where you can tell us about your experience of providing feedback in the past, if you would like to be involved in our Supporter Forum programme (details of which are below) and what you think we should be discussing with supporters in forum meetings. All entrants will be entered into a draw to win a signed 2017/18 Harlequins shirt.
This season we will be launching a Supporter Forum programme and are inviting all Members and supporters to apply to join. The purpose of the forum groups, which will meet three times a year at The Stoop (with some groups meeting on matchday for those not based locally), will be to discuss issues that are important to you, such as your matchday experience, your experience of buying tickets or the range of merchandise available. We will also ask for the groups' views on improvements we are looking to introduce.
Supporters will help set the agenda for each round of meetings and a summary of discussions, outcomes and actions will be made available online for all supporters to view.
Our matchday survey tracks a number of important elements of your day at The Stoop, including length of queues, quality of facilities, the friendliness of staff, as well as your overall experience. The feedback we receive through this survey helps us make improvements on a match by match basis as well as plan long-term investment for The Stoop.
As well as scoring your experience you will also have the opportunity to tell us about positive and negative parts of your day, all of which will help us keep improving.
The survey takes around five minutes to complete and we will only ask you to complete it for around half the matches you attend. If you leave your email address when prompted at the end of the survey, we will be able to contact you directly about any issues you raise.
Completing the survey will also give you the chance to win a signed Harlequins ball.
