Agen's current Director of Rugby is Philippe Sella. Widely recognised as one of the best centres to have ever played for France, Sella played 111 times for his country and scored 30 tries between 1982 and 1995. Sella was the first player ever to reach 100 Test caps.

Agen's Forwards Coach is Mauricio Reggiardo, a former Argentine Prop who played 50 times for his country; including appearances at two Rugby World Cups (1999 and 2003). Former Agen fly-half Stephane Prosper has been Backs Coach since 2013.

At just 24-years-old, back rower Antoine Miquel is Agen's skipper.

Agen have won just twice in their seven Top 14 outings this season, with home victories against Perpignan and Bordeaux Begles. There have been heavy defeats to Toulon, Racing 92 and Clermont as well as slightly narrower losses to Pau and Toulouse in their last two fixtures.

Australian fly-half Jake McIntyre is Agen's top points scorer this season; contributing 50 points through two tries, ten penalties and five conversions. McIntyre will be one of the players to watch this weekend at The Stoop.

2017/18

In their first season back in the Top 14 after promotion from D2, Agen finished a respectable 11th in Top 14 with a won 10, lost 16 record.

Agen picked up just one win in last season's European Rugby Challenge Cup pool stage; against Zebre in the opening round. They were then beaten home and away by Gloucester Rugby (which included the most points they've conceded in a single match in the competition), home and away by Pau and then were defeated by Zebre in Parma.

Agen were runners-up in the competition back in 1998, where they lost out to Colomiers 43-5 in the Final. Saturday's visitors haven't made it out of the Pool stage since the 2000/01 season.

Alongside Miquel and McIntyre, Nicolas Metge and Yoan Tanga Mangene will be ones to watch this weekend at The Stoop. 24-year-old Metge has scored twice from the wing this season, as has Mangene but his have come from the second row.

Agen's squad also boasts internationals from Fiji, Tonga, Georgia, Argentina and South Africa, including Rugby World Cup winning scrum-half Ricky Januarie.

This will be the first time that Harlequins and Agen have played eachother.
