Harlequins players, staff and supporters join forces to Grow, Move and Host to raise funds for the Harlequins Foundation and Movember Foundation partnership.
Harlequins players including Josh McNulty, Henry Cheeseman, Joe Marchant, James Chisholm and Mark Lambert stripped their faces of their much-loved facial hair to start a month of Moustache growing during November.
The players, alongside Harlequins supporters and staff, are growing their best moustaches throughout the month to raise funds and awareness for the Harlequins and Movember Partnership.
The partnership is focusing on improving awareness of men’s health issues during the season as well as raising funds to deliver a mental health and wellbeing project in the 2019/20 season aimed at reducing self-harm and suicide among young men.
There is still time to sign up and start growing your own Mo and support the partnership – sign up now here.
The supporter who raises the most funds during Movember will win a Ticket Only Box for ten to watch Harlequins take on Benetton on Saturday 15th December at the Twickenham Stoop and the Top 3 fundraisers will win a special Harlequins and Movember goodie bag.
If growing a Mo isn’t your thing – you can still fundraise:
Host an event - Raise funds by doing what you already get a kick out of. Get your mates together for a Mo-ment.
Move - Commit to walking or running 60 kilometres over the month. That's 60 kilometres for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour.
Alternatively, you can make a donation directly to the team here.
Whatever you do get involved and support our fathers, partners, brothers and friends to live happier, healthier and longer lives.
