Quins Rewards is the official loyalty programme for Harlequins Members launching this season, where you get rewarded for the things you already do as a supporter, including supporting the team by attending matches, passing on your ticket when you can’t make a match, bringing friends and family to The Stoop and buying food, drink and merchandise with eCash.

To celebrate the good times, you’ll earn extra points when you’re at The Stoop to see teams get a winning bonus point on the field.

Points can be redeemed for exclusive rewards and experiences through the My Stoop portal where you can register, manage your account and use your points.

Be sure to check back each week as new merchandise and experiences are added throughout the season.

Quins Rewards is the official loyalty programme for Harlequins Members, where you get rewarded for the things you already do as a supporter and offers incredible money-can’t-buy experiences and exclusive Harlequins merchandise.

From the 2020/21 season, we’re excited to announce that Quins Rewards is getting even better! Through partnerships with high street retailers, you will soon have even more opportunities to earn reward points by using an enhanced Season Ticket Membership Card outside the stadium as well as on matchdays.

To help spend your points, Quins Rewards will offer even more incredible prizes and experiences every week. From enjoying matchday hospitality, meeting players and coaches, attending exclusive events, half-time pitch access, partner offers, signed merchandise and much, much more!


Rewarded activities


You’ll receive Quins Rewards points for doing the things you’ve always done when supporting the Club, including attending matches, passing on your ticket when you can’t make it to The Stoop, bringing friends and family to a match and buying food, drink and merchandise with eCash.

To celebrate the good times, you’ll earn extra points when you’re at The Stoop to witness a bonus point win.

What is Quins Rewards?

Who is eligible to be part of the Quins Rewards programme?

All Members are automatically enrolled in the Quins Rewards programme, but you will need to register at My Stoop once the programme is live.

Is there a cost to join?

No, Quins Rewards is free for all Harlequins Members.

Do I need a computer or mobile device to participate?

Yes. A device with internet access is needed to access the MyStoop portal to login, manage points and complete certain activities.

Earning points

What are points?

Points are earned for completing rewarded activities, such as attending matches or using Ticket Forwarding and Ticket Resale. A full breakdown of rewarded activities can be found here. Use points to purchase items in the Marketplace and bid on exclusive experiences and items in Auctions. Points expire each year on 30th June.

Do I still receive cashback for using eCash within the first hours of gates opening?

No, using eCash will now be rewarded with Quins Rewards points, opening up a range of items, prizes and experiences for Members.

Can I purchase points?

Unfortunately, points do not have a monetary value and cannot be purchased. The only way to accumulate points is to earn them through rewarded activities.

Will points expire?

Yes, points expire on 30th June of each year.

I believe there was an error in my points calculation, what should I do?

Contact the team at customerservice@quins.co.uk and we will work to quickly address the problem.

Redeeming points

What can I do with my points?

Points may be redeemed for two different types of rewards: Marketplace items and experiences and Auction prizes. Use points to bid on Auctions and purchase Marketplace items and experiences.

How many points can I bid on an auction?

You can bid as many points as you have in your Total Points. Upon winning an Auction, those points will be deducted from your total points balance. View your available points within each Auction listing ("Total Points Available to Bid"), next to the bid entry box.

Can I win more than one auction?

Yes, however you may not bid on experiences that you have already won. This allows as many unique Quins Rewards participants as possible to enjoy each experience.

Do I lose points used to bid if I don't win an Auction?

No, points are only deducted from the winner of the Auction.

Claim rewards

How do I claim my rewards?

Items may be picked up at Quinformation in the South West Corner before kick-off on matchdays. You will have 60 days to claim your items after purchase. If you fail to pick up your item(s) before then you will forfeit the item(s).

What if I cannot attend a game within 60 days of purchasing an item? 

If you cannot attend a game within the 60-day redemption window you will forfeit the item(s). If a home match takes place more than 60 days after your purchase, you will be able to collect at the next available match.

If I have a question or support issue what should I do?

Contact customerservice@quins.co.uk and we will work to quickly address the problem. Please allow up to two business days for a response to your question.

I have completed the activities, but I did not earn points right away. Why is that?

Sometimes there is a delay in points showing up on your account. Points can take longer than 24 hours to appear. Quins Rewards participants can verify that the activity has been counted in the Activity section.

In the event points should have been awarded and are not showing up, please contact us at customerservice@quins.co.uk and provide as many details as possible about the activity that was not awarded and we will work to locate any issues and award points if applicable. If a purchase (if applicable) was not rewarded please email us the purchase date, receipt number, items purchased and the amount paid.
